Directions For Use
Our suggested daily dosage is recommended by Ivan Danhof, M.D., Ph.D. who is considered to be the world's leading expert on Aloe Vera and Aloe Mucilaginous Polysaccharides (AMP).
Dr. Danhof states, “The only material shown to have beneficial effects in scientific studies are attributable to the polysaccharides.”
- Recommended dosage is between 600 - 1,200 mgs of AMP per day for a healthy adult
- Unhealthy people would commonly use 1,200 - 3,000 mgs per day
- Those with severe diseases using much higher amounts.

For Serious Symptoms
- Day 1: Take 3 Capsules with water, first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach. Wait at least 20 minutes before eating or drinking anything.
- Day 2: Take 5 Capsules with water, first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach. Wait at least 20 minutes before eating or drinking anything.
- Day 3: Take 5 Capsules with water, first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach. Wait at least 20 minutes before eating or drinking anything. In the evening, take 4 Capsules, on an empty stomach, before going to bed.
Remain at this dose, 9 capsules a day, until ALL symptoms have completely subsided. Once ALL symptoms have completely disappeared, then continue at this dose, 9 capsules a day, for 30 more days. Once the 30 day period is over, then reduce to the maintenance dose of 3 capsules with water, first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach, and stay at this dose.
