Ulcerative colitis symptoms

After taking Serovera for 6 months at normal and the high dose, should my UC symptoms be improving yet? I changed my diet and started taking this because I don't want surgery. Things seemed to go ok for the first 5 months not really better or worse. THen about 3 weeks ago the bleeding and weight loss seemed to get bad again. I don't think this is helping but has anyone else had good experience with Serovera and UC?

I would never, at least personally, let myself think that a supplement would help me forego surgery - that's just absurd. But everyone has their own reasons. If you are as bad as you say you are, why haven't you consulted with your doctor? I don't think a forum is going to help in that regard.
