Terms & Conditions of PayPass Club

Overview & Eligibility

PayPass Club is a loyalty program offering Club members exclusive offers & discounts. Customers who join PayPass Club automatically get enrolled into the program.  TeamTrade, Incorporated has the right to award loyalty discounts to shoppers based on their membership level and purchases.  The PayPass Club is only offered to shopper’s 18 years of age or older.  The PayPass Club program & all its primary components including loyalty discounts, products & policies are decided & implemented at the sole discretion of TeamTrade, Incorporated. The above list is not exhaustive & can be modified by TeamTrade as & when required without giving notice or any form of communication to PayPass Club program participants as individuals or groups.

Duration of the Program & Account Termination

For each individual customer it begins with their first order as a registered account holder. As a “Standing Member” of PayPass Club, your membership is good for 12 months (365 days) and will expire on it’s anniversary date of registration.  You will be notified by email when your membership has expired.  You can extend your membership for another year buy joining the PayPass Club program again. TeamTrade, Incorporated has the sole authority to dissolve the program at anytime, any PayPass Club loyalty discounts will no longer be active and entitlements to the program’s existing members will cease to be available on and from that particular date on. TeamTrade is not liable to inform the PayPass Club program members of dissolution or closing the program in the event of such situation arises. We may terminate your access or suspend your eligibility for the PayPass Club program and its benefits or terminate your right of access to all or part of the Site, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another user, Associates, or Serovera.com.

In order to take advantage of these offers follow these easy steps:

• Make your product selections and add them to the Shopping Cart on the www.serovera.com site
• Login to your serovera.com account
  • IF YOU HAVE A COUPON: Inside your shopping cart enter the coupon code in the field entitled “Coupon code”. The amount of the discount will be reflected in your shopping cart.

Please note: In order to receive coupon discounts you must apply the coupon prior to checkout. If you forgot to apply the coupon, we cannot retroactively update your order.

Discount Restrictions & Account Suspension

Eligible Products

PayPass Club discounts apply only to all regularly priced products and does not apply to clearance, introductory, or specially priced items. PayPass Club discounts may not be eligible to be combined with other promotional offers.

E-mail Preferences

If a member changes their e-mail setting to unsubscribe from our newsletter communications they will not be able to receive additional discount offerings. It is in the member’s interest to retain an active and spam-free status within our newsletter communications in order to reap the full benefits of the PayPass Club program. Sign-up or update preferences to our newsletter.

General Conditions

By accepting PayPass Club loyalty discounts, each customer agrees to release and hold harmless TeamTrade, its licensees, affiliates, subsidiaries, merchant partners, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, use or misuse of the PayPass Club loyalty discounts or participation in any PayPass Club loyalty program related activity. This Program is void where prohibited by law. TeamTrade reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the PayPass Club loyalty program; to be in violation of the Conditions of Use of the web site, to be acting in violation of the sites Policies and Procedures; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person and/or the program itself. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the PayPass Club loyalty program at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the user and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on line service provider or other organization, which is responsible for assigning e-mail, addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. TeamTrade, Incorporated. will prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.
