Return Policy
ATTENTION: You MUST CALL FIRST before any return to get an Authorization Number, without that number the credit department won't be able to credit your purchase. Please call us 954-288-8399 during our normal business hours 9am to 5pm Eastern time. Your return number must be written down on the original invoice.
Signature Required for All Returns:
If you are returning product, please ensure that it is mailed via SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION method.
Refused Shippments:
Packages that have been shipped and refused, will not be issued a refund.
Any unopened bottle of SEROVERA® with the safety seal intact, original invoice, may be returned within 90 days of purchase for a refund, minus shipping and handling. Opened product bottle cannot and will not be accepted for refund.
Due to the inability to monitor usage, consistency and procedure, SEROVERA®, can make no assurances or guarantees as to the level of effectiveness of any product for any individual in relationship to any particular time frame. Customer acknowledges and accepts this policy upon purchase.
