SEROVERA does not accept returns for the following:
Product with broken seals.
Product damaged by the customer.
Product purchased from sellers other than SEROVERA.com
Product not returned in the condition it was received.
Product sold 90 days past purchase date.
First, call for a Return Authorization Number:

Last, ensure that the return is mailed via Signature Confirmation– this is required to receive a refund.
